ALL TECHEYE DVR DEALERS or CUSTOMERS 9/14/09 Effective 9/15/09, iPDG will no longer accept any TechEye DVR product for repair. Included are the TE-L4,TE-ALX and TE-DLX models. The bulk of machines in the field are three to seven years old, and the PC technology platform on which they are based is no longer available. The result is that even the most minor repair can turn into a very expensive complete rebuild. There are several iterations of software installed, making technical support impractical if not impossible. Also, the proprietary capture card on which the TechEye is based is no longer being produced. With these factors in mind, iPDG is prepared to offer completely new machines, complete with the latest software and hardware, at a discounted price for existing TechEye customers. This includes the latest iPDG products, the TrueHybrid DVR/NVR and the Flex TH (scheduled for Q1 2010 release). Please contact iPDG for details and pricing. This offer is valid until 9/15/10.
